Sannidhi and Sameer were friends for along time.They stood for ideal friendship.They never gave each other any material gifts.Gifts were never exchanged. They lived close by.They met very often. They spoke a few words.They communicated throgh smiles.If sameera went to Sannidhi's house Sameera would give such a smile their friend ship would get bonded by another layer of bricks and viceversa.But today the smile appeared faded and sameera was wondering why.
She recollected their recent meeting. They did speak a bit.She recollected what she said.yes,When Sannidhi tried to tell her something she had brushed it aside.She had no patience to listen to her.
She even had said" I donot need any guidance". Yes ,She is the culprit.She must learn to listen.
She must remember each needs a plce.No one should be taken for granted. Arrogance can break even an iron pail. Friendship is fragile.needs nurturing. "I will get what I give. I must make amends", thought sameera and she felt she heard the footsteps of sannidhi.
